Terms of Service (ToS)

General ToS

  1. Commissioned work should not be used for AI image generation.

  2. Personal/Non-commercial use only. Commissioned art can't be used for selling merch and promoting services/products. It can be used in streams, videos, as emotes, personal print or a gift.

  3. I hold the right to decline your commission order.

  4. I will start working on your order only after getting paid.

  5. I only accept PayPal (EURO).

  6. Please provide visual character references. I won't be accepting descriptions.

  7. I hold the right to use the commissioned piece for my art portfolio and commission examples.

Refunds

  1. If commissioned work is complete, there are no refunds.

  2. Once work is started, I will not issue a full refund. You are charged for what I spent time on. Example: if I finished linearting but you ordered a shaded piece, I'm keeping the amount equal to linearted work's price.

Commissioned work you receive will always be of a printable size (A3 usually)

FAQ

What tools do you use?

I use the drawing tablet Ugee UG-2150 and draw in PaintTool SAI, mainly using it's standard brushes. Animation is done in Blender, Autodesk Maya or ToonBoom Harmony.

Do you charge extra for character complexity?

No.
